The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Staffbase experience, enterprise application architecture expertise and a solid understanding of cloud platforms, integrations and security. Senior Staffbase & Digital Workplace Architect Location: Remote Employment Type: Permanent Experience: 8+ years overall, including 3+ years of Staffbase experience Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the architecture, implementation and administration of the Staffbase platform.
• Design scalable digital workplace and employee intranet solutions.
• Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks and technical best practices.
• Integrate Staffbase with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Azure Entra ID, ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors and SailPoint.
• Design secure integrations using REST APIs and authentication protocols such as SSO, SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect.
• Collaborate with business, IT, security and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Prepare architecture documentation, including Solution Architecture Documents (SAD), HLDs, LLDs and integration designs.
• Define deployment, migration, security and operational strategies.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise application or solution architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the Staffbase platform.
• Strong experience in Staffbase architecture, implementation and administration.
• Expertise in Architecture Governance and Cloud Solution Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online.
• Experience with REST APIs, enterprise integrations and authentication mechanisms (SSO, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Understanding of IAM, security governance and digital workplace architecture.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Good to Have

• AWS Cloud Architecture experience.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Exposure to enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors and SailPoint.
