Senior Solution Architect with Project Management Experience Location: Solna / Stockholm, Sweden Working method: Partial remote – up to 50% remote Job type: Consultant / Sub-consultant Assignment period: 19 October 2026 – 20 October 2027 Extension: Option to extend until 20 October 2028 Scope: 100% Response deadline: 7 October 2026 About the Assignment We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect with project management experience for a long-term consulting assignment in the healthcare sector. The role involves leading and coordinating the realization of complex IT solutions, with a particular focus on integration, solution architecture, healthcare IT, and information security. You will be responsible for translating business needs into technically feasible solutions based on existing IT services and technical conditions. The role also requires ensuring that technical solutions follow applicable architecture principles, guidelines, standards, and regulatory requirements. Required Experience The consultant must have: Competency level 5 Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written At least 10 years of documented experience as a Solution Architect within healthcare At least 15 years of documented IT experience within healthcare At least 10 years of documented experience working with healthcare systems in a Swedish region At least 5 years of documented experience with architectural work in a Swedish region At least 5 years of documented experience working with information security within public administration At least 4 years of documented experience with architectural work related to the implementation of the Cosmic main medical record system in a Swedish region Additional Requirements The consultant should also have documented experience with: Implementation of medical record systems / health information systems in at least one Swedish region Healthcare systems such as SIHRI, Centricity High Acuity (CHA), Cosmic, Cosmic Birth, or equivalent Project work within healthcare and medical care Requirements and development related to information security Risk management Production deployment Validation and verification Error handling Operational planning Requirements and processes related to GDPR, OSL and PDL Important Information The CV must be written in Swedish.
