Senior Software Engineer with solid Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Experience

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with experience working on and integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales (MSD365 CE) to help build and scale our next generation Customer Engagement platform. We imagine you come from a background in general software engineering and have since specialized in, or have deep hands-on knowledge of, MSD365 CE. Our team The Customer Engagement Individuals tribe exists with the customer at the centre of everything. The tribe has ownership of key customer facing systems spanning across Danske Bank’s channels and capabilities. The tribe are responsible for the proactive personalised advice and support in our automated and self-serviced layers of the engagement model, as well as the customer experience delivered in our digitally - and human assisted layers. Furthermore, the tooling delivered to our advisors in the expertise layer also sit with this tribe. Lastly, the entire orchestration of the engagement model including segmentation and our full MarTech stack sits within the tribe. The tribe is composed of 13 Squads working across 7 locations (Aarhus, Copenhagen, Oslo, Stockholm, Helsinki, Vilnius and Bangalore). As this is an area of central importance to our Forward ´28 strategy you will work with best on market solutions and tools. We are in motion of implementing Chatbot based on Microsoft CoPilot Studio, CRM system based on Microsoft Dynamics Sales 365 as well as Data and AI in general are critical elements of our daily work and future. “We value trust, collaboration, and a passion for doing things smarter – not just automagically,” says Thomas, your future Manager. You will:

• Leverage your expertise in configuration, custom development, integration engineering, and platform operations to deliver a secure and scalable CRM foundation.
• Work with other Squads to identify how existing systems can be either integrated with or entirely migrated to the CRM platform.
• In collaboration with your peers, lead and define best practices within software development in the CRM ecosystem.
• Leverage your expertise in configuration, custom development, integration engineering, and platform operations to deliver a secure and scalable CRM foundation.
• Build and maintain CRM integrations using APIs, Power Automate Cloud Flows, ADF pipelines, and Azure services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, UX designers, business analysts, marketing, and sales, to align CRM solutions with business objectives.
• Solve complex problems creatively while contributing to a strong engineering culture and best practices.
• Contribute to defining how we collect and work with technical data

About you:

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience within C#, .NET
• 3+ years of hands-on MSD365 CE experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience of working with relational data
• 1+ years of TypeScript / JavaScript or equivalent frontend languages
• Extensive experience in building, maintaining and integrating to and from APIs
• Knowledgeable about Terraform (Infrastructure as code)
• Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE ecosystem, such as
• Azure / DevOps, Logging & monitoring
• Power Automate, Apps, Plugins
• Dataverse
• Code quality is important to you and PRs are a natural part of git-ing good
• You know when (not) to code when working with MS D365
• Working agile comes naturally
• Advanced English language skills, written and spoken
• Active contributor to team goals and the support of colleagues

It is a plus – not a requirement – if you also experience with:

• Backend engineering within Java
• Native MS IAM integrations
• vNets on Azure
• Experience building solutions that integrate with GenAI
