• Building and scaling backend systems powering AI agents in production
• Designing and shipping features end-to-end
• Working directly with enterprise customers to understand business problems
• Building integrations with operational and enterprise systems
• Helping define architecture, engineering practices, and product direction
• Solving challenges involving AI, automation, workflows, and unstructured data

What They're Looking For

• Strong backend engineering experience
• Python experience preferred
• Experience building production systems used by real customers
• Startup or scale-up experience
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and autonomy
• High ownership mentality
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Experience with AI, LLMs, agents, RAG, or related technologies is highly desirable
