Senior Site Reliability Engineer, Platform Team

Syntrace builds conversational knowledge for institutional investors. We capture, organize and synthesize private conversations into source-backed knowledge a firm can build on. We are now hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer for our platform team, based in Stockholm. You will own reliability across our platform: monitoring, incident response, performance and capacity, along with the infrastructure our engineers build on. Everything we run is defined as code, and you will keep it that way as we scale. You will work closely with our infrastructure and backend teams, and set the standard for how we operate in production. Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it. Reliability and security are two sides of the same promise. What you bring:

• Many years in site reliability, platform or infrastructure engineering.
• Deep experience with cloud infrastructure, infrastructure as code and observability.
• Experience running real-time or event-driven systems in production.
• Calm under pressure.
