Senior Service Engineer

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer to join our team in Tassebekk, Norway and take a key role in providing expert-level technical support and customer service internally and externally. This is a fixed-term position, running until the end of June 2027. This is an expert-level position for someone who enjoys solving challenging technical problems, working directly with customers, and sharing knowledge with others. You will also play an important role in validating new product releases and ensuring that our support and customer-facing teams are well prepared for new technologies and features. You'll report to the Head of Customer Success and work closely with Sales, Product and Development. What You'll Do As Service Engineer, you will

• Handle escalated technical cases, find root causes, and act as a trusted advisor to customers and FrontOffice
• Test new releases as a system expert and give structured feedback to product and development teams
• Prepare FrontOffice teams for new products and features
• Create and improve documentation, troubleshooting guides, training, and onboarding materials
• Spot recurring issues and drive improvements to products, processes, and customer experience

What You Bring

• Several years in IT-Service, IT-Support, Systems, or Solutions Engineer role (or similar)
• Fast learning curve to begin to use several software fast
• Strong skills in troubleshooting complex systems and integrations
• Experience writing technical documentation or training materials
• The ability to explain technical topics clearly to any audience
• A proactive, independent approach and the confidence to challenge how things are done
• Fluent Norwegian and English – reading & speaking & writing
