Are you an experienced SEO specialist with strong technical, content and analytical skills, and a curiosity for how AI is reshaping search? We are looking for a Senior SEO Manager to join the Organic Discovery team at Transact, part of Omnicom Media. You will work across technical SEO, content strategy, performance analysis and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), helping clients navigate a rapidly evolving search landscape. Working closely with the SEO Director and wider team, you will contribute to client strategy while remaining hands-on with delivery. This is a varied agency role that requires strong prioritisation skills, commercial thinking and the ability to deliver high-quality work across multiple clients and projects. Your role As Senior SEO Manager, you will develop and support Organic Discovery strategies that drive visibility, traffic and business results. You will work across technical SEO, content strategy and performance analysis, translating data and insights into clear recommendations and action plans. You will also help clients understand how AI-driven search and Large Language Models are changing discovery and content requirements. The role combines strategic thinking with practical execution and offers the opportunity to shape how we approach GEO and emerging search behaviours. Key responsibilities

As this is a highly collaborative role, we are looking for someone who enjoys being part of an in-person team environment and can be present in our Copenhagen office multiple days per week. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position, and applicants should have the legal right to live and work in Denmark.
