Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to manage and support two well-established Scrum teams within its B2B portfolio. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Key Responsibilities: - Agile Facilitation & Team Coaching: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach established teams toward self-organization, continuous improvement, and modern delivery practices, while actively removing impediments and monitoring team health to optimize delivery. - Product Alignment & Scope Management: Partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs, capacity, and sprint changes to prevent scope creep, while navigating complex enterprise processes to ensure business objectives are translated into effective technical solutions. Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery role.
• Strong experience coaching Agile teams toward self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Proven experience removing impediments and managing scope within sprints.
• Experience with IT project management is beneficial.
• Supporting Product Owners with backlog & capacity
• Experience working with DevOps and engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of modern software development and software delivery practices.
• Strong understanding of how business and product objectives can be translated into technical solutions.
• Experience working in large and complex IT organizations.
• Ability to navigate complex IT and business processes.
• Previous hands-on experience as a software developer in an Agile environment is considered an advantage.

• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Ability to contribute to architecture and technical design decisions.
