SkillHuset is hiring: Cutover, Deployment & Data Validation Lead – SAP S/4HANA Location: Stockholm, Sweden Work setup: Hybrid, 50% onsite / 50% remote Start: 12 October 2026 Duration: Until 30 September 2027 Scope: Full-time consulting assignment Language: English Apply: jobs@skillhuset.se We are looking for a senior SAP S/4HANA Cutover, Deployment & Data Validation Lead for a large SAP transformation and go-live assignment. In this role, you will lead and coordinate business cutover, technical deployment and business data validation activities for an SAP S/4HANA conversion. You will act as the central point of contact between business, functional, technical and SI teams to ensure a smooth transition and successful go-live. Responsibilities include:

• Own and manage the end-to-end cutover plan, including NZDT cutovers and go-live activities
• Coordinate business readiness and execution of cutover tasks
• Lead technical deployment activities, including transport management, pre-conversion, conversion and post-conversion
• Work closely with Basis, Security, Integration, Development, Infrastructure and surrounding solution teams
• Communicate planned outages, system availability, timelines and milestones to impacted stakeholders
• Manage business data validation and sign-off using SAP LTVF
• Track data reconciliation issues and drive resolution
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies and issues during cutover
• Facilitate go/no-go discussions and provide status updates to leadership
• Support hypercare planning and post-go-live stabilization

Required experience:

• 8–12+ years of SAP delivery, deployment or transformation experience
• Experience from SAP S/4HANA conversion or implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of cutover planning, transport management, deployment and data validation
• Experience coordinating business and technical teams in global project environments
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills

Meritorious:

• Experience with SAP LTVF
• Experience managing large-scale SAP go-lives and cutover events
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and release management
