Senior SAP OpenText VIM Technical Consultant SAP VIM Sweden ( flex on location) Excellent opportunity for experienced Sap OpenText VIM Technical consultants to join global Sap Partner in their regional COE Key skill sets

• 2+ years of SAP OpenText VIM experience with overall SAP experience of 7+ years.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP OpenText VIM implementation and AMS support projects.
• Proven expertise in:
• OpenText VIM 7.5/7.6/20.x/23.x
• SAP FI/AP processes
• SAP MM integration
• SAP Workflow
• OpenText Archive Server
• BCC and/or Information Extraction Service (IES)
• Experience with invoice ingestion via OCR, Email, IDoc, Manual Upload, and ArchiveLink.
• Strong knowledge of:
• PO/NPO Processing
• Approval Workflows
• Chart of Accounts (CoA)
• Expense Types
• Role Determination
• Exception Handling
• Experience in auto-account assignment and derivation logic for Non-PO invoices.
• Ability to debug and analyze workflow failures, document processing errors, posting failures, and integration issues.

Support & Troubleshooting Skills

• Strong experience handling Sev-1, Sev-2 incidents.
• Experience with RCA preparation and problem management.
• Ability to analyze logs, workflows, document processing chains, and SAP FI posting issues.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams for issue resolution.

Key responsibilities : Providing L2/ L3 production support, troubleshooting complex incidents, performing root cause analysis, implementing enhancements, and supporting the continuous improvement of SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions. Flex base Sweden Fluent English essential Swedish a plus but not essential Role is also open contract as an option.
