- 10+ years SAP EAM/PM experience.
- Several years working with SAP EAM in S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of PM/MM integration.
- Full lifecycle experience: requirements → design → configuration → testing → implementation → support.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, work orders, planning and asset management.
- Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders.
- Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations or major transformation programmes.
- Fluent Swedish and English.
