Senior SAP Application Expert in FICO

Company: Bytespoke AB Experience: 7+ Years Location: To Be Confirmed Role: SAP Application Expert – Finance (FI/CO) About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP Application Expert – Finance (R2R) with strong expertise in SAP ECC Finance and Controlling. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, supporting, and improving SAP Finance solutions within a global enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP Finance (FI/CO) solutions.
• Support Record to Report (R2R), financial closing, reporting, asset accounting, and intercompany reconciliation.
• Analyze business requirements and develop functional specifications.
• Support SAP implementations, global rollouts, and system enhancements.
• Manage legal reporting requirements, including VAT, SAF-T, Intrastat, and e-invoicing.
• Perform functional testing, integration testing, and production support.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and developers.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO), primarily SAP ECC.
• Experience in at least 2 SAP implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, R2R, asset accounting, and intercompany processes.
• Experience with legal and statutory reporting.
• Hands-on SAP configuration and functional solution design.
• Experience with WRICEF functional specifications.
• Knowledge of STMS, SAP Solution Manager, and Active Control.
• Basic understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.
