Come join us, and let the world feel your work As a Senior Salesforce Engineer specializing in Agentic Revenue Lifecycle Management Solution Engineering, you will be a core member of the CRM Systems team that builds and manages the tech stack powering Epidemic Sound's enterprise Go-to-Market operations. Your role is to translate complex GTM business needs into scalable technical solutions, working across our Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) ecosystem with a focus on process design, solution architecture, and agentic ways of working. You will work at the intersection of Tech and Go-to-Market, where your ability to bridge business intent and technical execution directly empowers our Sales, Customer Success and Finance teams. You will collaborate closely with GTM stakeholders and Tech teams, acting as the bridge between what the business needs and what gets built, without relying on translation layers in between. We support the entire Epidemic Group by enabling both the core business and new acquisitions. In this role, you will tie directly into our B2B revenue lifecycle management by standardizing, scaling, and unifying end-to-end GTM and financial workflows across expanding entities. Your Key Responsibilities Include

• End-to-end solution delivery: Translate complex GTM business requirements into scalable, end-to-end RLM solutions, from discovery through to deployment.
• Tech stack management & integration: Design, build, and maintain robust solutions within our GTM tech stack (centered on Salesforce), including integrations with tools like Gong, Ironclad, and HubSpot.
• AI-driven workflow optimization: Implement agentic workflows and AI-driven automation to streamline GTM processes, identifying and evaluating new tools to drive efficiency and accuracy.
• System stewardship & continuous improvement: Evolve the system landscape by proactively reviewing, optimizing, and sunsetting legacy components to ensure long-term scalability.
• Technical partnership & leadership: Act as a technical subject matter expert, partnering with stakeholders and engineering teams to solve complex problems, improve data integrity, and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Salesforce CRM domain expertise: + 5 years of Sales Cloud CRM expertise in solution and functional design, configuration, apex, flows, and integrations, underpinned by a deep understanding of end-to-end GTM processes.
• Problem translation & solution design: Demonstrated ability to translate complex, ambiguous business requirements into scalable, high-impact technical solutions.
• Agentic mindset: Practical experience applying AI and agentic tools in a business context, balancing automation leverage with human judgment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Ownership: Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to partner directly with Finance and Tech teams to drive initiatives while operating as a senior individual contributor.
• Project leadership & stakeholder communication: Strong project leadership and stakeholder communication, with a track record of driving initiatives from discovery to measurable business impact and translating between business intent and technical execution.
• Cross-functional integration & methodology: Experience working across RLM and ERP ecosystems, with a strong gras
