Senior Rooms Division Manager - Oslo, Norway | Major International Hotel | 690+ Rooms We are seeking an accomplished Senior Rooms Division Manager to join one of Oslo’s most prominent full-service hotels. This is a substantial leadership opportunity within a high-volume operation of almost 700 rooms, approximately 83% annual occupancy and a large international guest mix. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Rooms Division team of approximately 154 employees across Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Concierge and Laundry. We are looking for a highly visible, energetic and commercially minded leader who enjoys being close to the operation, developing teams and driving service standards within a demanding city hotel environment. The Role Reporting into the senior hotel leadership team, you will take overall responsibility for the Rooms Division operation, including:

• Front Office – approximately 50 employees
• Housekeeping – approximately 90 employees
• Security
• Concierge
• Laundry
• Rooms Division budget and departmental KPIs
• Productivity, payroll and financial performance
• Guest satisfaction and service delivery
• Room readiness and operational coordination
• Leadership and development of departmental heads
• Support of renovation and operational improvement projects

The hotel combines significant accommodation volume with major conference, events, F&B and leisure operations, creating a fast-paced and commercially complex working environment. Who Are We Looking For? We are interested in established Rooms Division leaders who have operated successfully within large, busy, high-volume hotels. You may currently be a: Rooms Division Manager | Director of Rooms | Senior Rooms Manager | EAM Rooms You should demonstrate:

• Strong experience leading both Front Office and Housekeeping
• Experience managing large operational teams
• Strong financial and commercial understanding
• Knowledge of budgets, payroll, productivity and departmental KPIs
• A track record of improving guest satisfaction and operational standards
• A visible and motivational leadership style
• The ability to remain composed and effective during high occupancy and major arrival/departure periods
• Strong people-development and coaching skills
• International hotel experience

Most importantly, fluency in Norwegian, Swedish or Danish is essential. Candidates can currently be based anywhere internationally, provided they speak a Scandinavian language and have the operational background required. Package Base salary: Highly Competitive Compensation Annual bonus: Up to 30% Bonus Additional benefits include:
