Senior Rollout Project Manager (ERP)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Rollout Manager for our international industrial client. Rollout Project Manager is responsible for overseeing planning, implementation and tracking of projects on clients side. He/she is the project leader and representative and ensures that projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and according to the clients quality standards. Rollout Project Manager works as the communication link between the project team and clients Senior Management. Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in IT project management, mainly focusing on ERP systems - Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT implementation and rollout projects. - Experience managing multi-site, multi-country or enterprise-wide rollouts. - Strong experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, scope and dependencies. - Experience working with senior management, business stakeholders and external suppliers. - Great communication and collaboration skills - Willingness to travel Responsibilities: Responsible for delivering a successful project within schedule, budget and scope in accordance with the planned milestones and their deliverables Reports directly to Director IT PMO Ensures business and IT involvement and expertise within the project Prepares the project plan, seeks authorization for the project from the Rollout Project Steering Committee Supports on resolving issues where organizational objectives may conflict with project objectives Maintains continuous communication with the project team, Steering Committee and local executives Establishes schedule and coordinates status reporting meetings/updates Prepares weekly reports and Steering Committee status update documents Supports on resolving major issues related to priorities, requirements and procedures Seeks for approval for significant change requests arising during the project (scope creep, timeline and cost impact) Identifies and mitigates project risks and issues, develops contingency plans as necessary Supports on resolving trade-offs in cost versus schedule versus business benefit Ensures appropriate quality controls are in place, including testing (works in collaboration with the Test Manager) Write an introductory paragraph at the beginning of your application that highlights the skills and experience relevant to this position.
