We're looking for someone special. Gasoline Grill is about to make our biggest bet yet. The biggest thing we have ever done. About Gasoline Grill Gasoline Grill was founded in 2016 and today has seven company-owned locations, four franchise restaurants, and around 150 employees from more than 30 nationalities. Gasoline Grill has always been about more than burgers. Great burgers are the foundation, but hospitality is what makes people come back. And as we grow, we want to become even better at it. About The Role Your first mission will be to play a key role in developing and executing our biggest project to date in Copenhagen. You will help us build the experience, the team, the culture, and the way we operate. But the role does not stop there. Over time, we want you to look beyond one restaurant and help us raise the level of hospitality and guest experience across Gasoline Grill. How we welcome people. How we serve them. How our restaurants feel. How we train our teams. How we create the small moments people remember. Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing our biggest project to date in Copenhagen
• Building the guest experience, team, culture, and daily operations from the ground up
• Recruiting, training, and leading a team that delivers great hospitality
• Setting the standard for hospitality and guest experience across Gasoline Grill
• Shaping how we train our teams in service and guest experience

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

• Is obsessed with hospitality and notices the details
• Knows what great hospitality feels like and how to create it through a team
• Has experience from restaurants, hotels, fine dining, or a Michelin environment, or a different background with the same mindset
• Wants responsibility and wants to build something, not just run a restaurant
• Is not afraid to push us and gets excited by the fact that we don't have all the answers yet
• Communicates confidently in English
• Is based in Copenhagen
