Senior Quality Engineering & AI Expert / Test Lead

AddanEx JOB POSTING: Title: Senior Quality Engineering & AI Expert / Test Lead Location: Stockholm, Sweden Onsite / Remote: Onsite 2-3 days per week Type: Contract Start Date: ASAP (before Christmas) Duration: 6 Months + Extensions Utilisation: 40 Hours per week Languages: English (Swedish strongly preferred) Job Summary / Key Skills:

• Senior experience in quality engineering and test strategy within large organisations
• Proven track record of building quality into both development and test processes
• Hands-on experience applying AI to quality engineering and testing
• Experience embedding testing within agile development teams
• Experience designing and rolling out new ways of working across multiple teams
• Comfortable running a pilot, measuring the results, and scaling it up
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills, working closely with developers, product owners, and team leads
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.

Bonus:

• Fluent in Swedish, spoken and written, to work directly with the development teams
• Experience with AI-assisted test generation, test automation, and test optimisation tools
• Background in retail, master data or front-end / e-commerce environments
• Experience as a Test Lead or Quality Engineering Lead across several teams

The role includes:

• Use AI to accelerate and support testing in the development process across multiple teams.
• Define how testing is built into the development teams’ day-to-day work, rather than sitting at the end.
• Run a pilot with three development teams, including the master data and front-end store data teams.
• Turn the pilot into a new, repeatable quality engineering process and scale it to further teams.
• Coach developers and testers on the new process and AI tooling and drive adoption.
• Act as the senior quality and test voice for the teams involved.
