Senior Quality Engineer

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Prepare test plans based on customer requirements, standards, and internal specifications
• Analyze test results and drive continuous improvement actions
• Participate in development projects and product modifications
• Develop and improve testing methods and quality processes
• Conduct and follow up on advanced testing (including SAT – Site Acceptance Testing)
• Act as the point of contact for customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities regarding quality matters
• Support and guide technicians in testing and quality work

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Ensure that test strategies and methods meet all applicable requirements and standards
• Drive quality improvements and perform root cause analyses
• Ensure high quality in analysis, reporting, and decision-making documentation
• Contribute to the development of products and quality systems

Competence & Experience

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent practical work experience
• Several years of experience in testing, quality, or product development
• Experience within the manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on troubleshooting experience
• Experience working in projects and handling requirements management
• Solid understanding of quality standards and quality processes
