Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Implementation Manager / IT Project Leader to lead the IT delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&O) implementations across multiple business units. You will ensure successful and timely delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle, acting as the bridge between IT and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Lead the IT delivery of D365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&O) implementation projects across multiple business units - Plan and execute implementation activities, including configuration, data migration, integrations, hypercare and handover - Lead a squad of D365 functional and technical consultants - Ensure alignment between technical delivery, business requirements and the overall project plan - Act as the primary IT counterpart to business project managers responsible for process implementation and change management - Coordinate and follow up on dependencies with solution design, development and integration teams, as well as banks, localisation packs and external ISVs - Document and manage market-specific configurations and deviations from the standard blueprint - Monitor progress, risks and dependencies to ensure timely and successful delivery Requirements - Proven experience leading end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&O) implementations - Strong project management and leadership skills, with experience working with global, cross-functional teams - Solid understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and lifecycle phases - Experience coordinating diverse stakeholders, including business, IT and external vendors - Knowledge of integrations, data migration strategies and ERP architecture - Experience working in complex environments with multiple dependencies - Ability to combine technical understanding with business acumen - Proactive approach to managing risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Fluent English Nice to Have - Knowledge of Swedish - Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain Management) - Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile certification - Experience with multi-country or multi-market ERP rollouts - Experience working with localisation packs and ISV solutions - Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments Benefits Why join inventYOU - Work on challenging, large-scale ERP implementation projects - Lead delivery across global, cross-functional teams - Deepen your expertise in Dynamics 365 and enterprise ERP - Collaborate with experienced technology and business professionals - Continue developing your career in IT project and implementation leadership
