Senior Project Manager (Enterprise System Implementation)

emagine are looking for a Senior Project Manager implementing an enterprise system for Risk Assessment to one of our nordic banking clients. Start: 2026-11-09 End: 2027-06-30 Location: Stockholm (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Description We are looking for a senior project leader to drive the bank-wide implementation of an enterprise Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) platform. This is a high-impact assignment at the centre of our non-financial risk transformation, with broad exposure across business divisions, technology teams and senior stakeholders. The assignment Lead the rollout of a common RCSA platform across the bank through 2027, by the establishment of a single, structured solution for risk assessments covering Critical or Important Functions under DORA and Significant Processes. Translate business and regulatory needs into a practical implementation roadmap with clear milestones, ownership and outcomes. Coordinate closely with the Non-Financial Risk team in Arenastaden and product owners and configuration specialists in Riga and Technology team. Build on the platform’s current use in Group Technology and scale it successfully across multiple business divisions. Who We Are Looking For You are a senior project leader with a strong track record of delivering complex, enterprise-wide system implementations. You combine execution power with excellent stakeholder management, can navigate a demanding banking environment, and know how to create momentum across business and technology teams. Experience from risk management, RCSA, DORA or large-scale banking transformation is highly valuable. This is an opportunity to lead a strategically important initiative with visible impact across the bank, and to shape how non-financial risks is managed for years to come.
