Senior Project Lead

Your New Role We are looking for a senior Project Leader to drive the bank-wide implementation of an enterprise Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) platform. You will lead the rollout of a common solution to support risk assessments across Critical or Important Functions under DORA and Significant Processes. In this role, you will translate business and regulatory requirements into a clear implementation roadmap, with defined milestones, ownership and deliverables. You will coordinate business divisions, risk management, product owners, configuration specialists and technology teams across Stockholm and Riga. Building on the platform’s existing use within Group Technology, you will ensure a successful expansion across the wider organisation. The assignment offers broad exposure to business and technology stakeholders and the opportunity to contribute to a strategically important initiative that will shape the organisation’s approach to non-financial risk management. • Extensive experience leading complex, enterprise-wide system implementations.
• Strong project leadership skills, including roadmap development, milestone planning and delivery follow-up.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.
• Experience working in a complex banking environment.
• Experience in risk management, RCSA, DORA or large-scale banking transformation.
• A structured, proactive and delivery-focused approach, with the ability to create momentum across multiple teams.
