We work with clients to support the delivery of complex and ambitious capital programmes across the Data Centre, energy and infrastructure sectors. The Opportunity Accenture Construct is seeking an experienced Project Controls Director to lead Project Controls across our growing portfolio of large-scale data centre projects throughout Norway, including Narvik. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving consistency and best practice across planning, scheduling, progress measurement, risk, change and reporting. The role will work across multiple projects and will require regular travel to project locations across Norway. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Project Controls across multiple data centre projects in Norway.
• Establish and maintain consistent project controls standards, governance and reporting.
• Oversee integrated planning, scheduling, progress measurement and forecasting.
• Lead and develop Project Controls and Planning teams across the portfolio.
• Review and challenge contractor programmes, progress updates and recovery plans.
• Provide oversight of programme risk, change, trends and schedule performance.
• Monitor critical paths, key milestones and interfaces across complex projects.
• Provide senior leadership with clear analysis of programme performance, risks and emerging issues.
• Work closely with Project Directors, commercial, construction, MEP and commissioning teams.

Ideally you will bring: Essential

• Significant experience leading Project Controls on major construction programmes.
• Strong experience within data centres, mission-critical, infrastructure or complex capital projects.
• Proven experience overseeing Project Controls across multiple projects or large-scale programmes.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, progress measurement, risk, change and reporting.
• Advanced experience with Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling systems.
• Experience leading and developing Project Controls teams.
• Strong senior stakeholder and contractor-management experience.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Norway, including Narvik.
• Professional fluency in English.

Desirable

• Previous client-side or PMC Project Controls experience.
• Hyperscale data centre experience.
• Experience delivering complex projects in Norway or across the Nordic region.
• Experience supporting projects from early mobilisation through construction, commissioning and handover.
