Senior Product Operations Manager

Our Product, Engineering and Design teams are evolving how they work as we grow, bring our products closer together and make greater use of AI and automation. As part of this, we’re moving towards a product operating model where teams have the information, tools and shared practices they need to make good decisions and turn strategy into valuable products faster. That’s why we’re hiring our first Product Operations Manager. Working closely with Henrik, our VP of Product, you’ll build the function and shape how it develops. This is a hands-on enablement role. You’ll remove recurring operational work, improve access to customer and product insights, and introduce better ways of working across teams and throughout discovery and delivery, with a big emphasis on AI automation. Product managers will continue to own product strategy, roadmap and decisions, but they'll do so faster and better, thanks to your work. Please note: This role has been advertised previously. • Bring customer feedback, product usage and business data together, making it easier for teams to find insights and use them in product decisions and for leadership to monitor portfolio KPIs, feedback and performance
• Lead projects of different sizes across Product, Engineering and Design, from improving a single workflow to introducing new tools and shared ways of working.
• Improve the shared practices behind prioritisation, roadmapping and discovery, while giving teams room to work in ways that suit their products
• Own and improve the tools and systems that support product feedback, insights, planning and delivery, including how information is structured and maintained
• Reduce recurring operational work through practical improvements, including AI and automation where they genuinely help.
• Give product leadership a clearer view of product plans, progress and business impact, including supporting CAPEX/OPEX reporting

• Customer, product and business insights are easier to find, trust and use, so product people and leaders spend less time gathering information and preparing reports.
• Teams have a more consistent approach to prioritisation, roadmapping, discovery and delivery without unnecessary process
• New tools, practices and (AI) automations are adopted because they make the work easier

What you bring

• You have experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Revenue Operations or a related role within a software product organisation
• You understand how strong product teams work and have personally improved the systems or practices around them
• You’re comfortable working with customer, product and business data at scale, including how it is captured, connected and used
• You enjoy turning recurring or inefficient work into simple systems that can be used across teams
• You can introduce change, earn trust and influence people without taking ownership of their decisions
• You work independently, communicate clearly in English and collaborate well across countries and functions

You have practical experience using AI, agents or automation to improve team processes and product-development work, and you can identify where automation creates meaningful, measurable leverage.
