Senior Product Manager

Syntrace builds conversational knowledge for institutional investors. We capture, organize and synthesize private conversations into source-backed knowledge a firm can build on. We are now hiring a Senior Product Manager, based in Stockholm. Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it. What you will do:

• Lead discovery with pilot customers, and turn what you hear into clear problems, priorities and specifications.
• Define what quality means for our users, and work with our AI team to measure it.
• Make pragmatic trade-offs between user value, commercial impact and security, knowing when a simple change is enough and when a deeper capability is needed.
• Communicate product strategy, results and trade-offs clearly to the team, customers and other stakeholders.

What you bring:

• Background or strong interest in product management.
• Big plus if you have experience building for demanding, regulated buyers.
• Strong judgment about what to build, what to leave and how to know the difference.
• Hands-on experience with LLM products, and a clear view of where they fail.
• Clear writing and structured in your work.
