What you'll do

Product Manager — Build, code and shape the product We help fashion and lifestyle brands manage product development, bringing teams, suppliers and product data together in one platform. We’re looking for a Product Manager who can turn customer problems into working software. Someone who can code, design efficient user experiences, think commercially and spot opportunities in emerging technology. We’re a small organisation, and this role has broad ownership. You’ll work directly with customers, build frontend experiences and partner closely with developers to bring them into production. How we build Today, our Product Managers build the full frontend using mock data. Developers connect it to live data and build the APIs. PMs then refine the flows, work through the details and get the experience ready for customers. You’ll need to enjoy that way of working: moving between discovery, design, code and commercial decisions, and staying involved until the product is useful in practice. What you’ll do

  • Talk to customers to understand their workflows, uncover problems and identify opportunities worth solving.
  • Build working front-end's with realistic mock data so customers can experience and challenge your ideas early.
  • Design interfaces that make large datasets easy to navigate, compare, edit and act on.
  • Work with developers on data requirements, APIs, technical constraints and implementation.
  • Refine interactions, edge cases and user flows through to release, then learn from adoption and feedback.
  • Bring commercial judgement to prioritisation: understand what customers value, what they will pay for and what helps us grow.
  • Build customer conviction through discovery and demonstrations, while remaining open to evidence that changes your approach.
  • Use AI development tools effectively and explore where AI can improve the product and how we build it.

What you’ll bring

  • You can code and have built frontend experiences yourself.
  • You’re comfortable using AI to accelerate development, and you can understand, review and refine the code it produces.
  • You have strong UI judgement, particularly for products with large datasets and complex workflows.
  • You understand how patterns such as filtering, bulk actions, tables and progressive disclosure help people work efficiently.
  • You’ve worked on a data or compliance platform, where accuracy, structure and clarity matter.
  • You can make complex requirements understandable and usable for customers.
  • You think commercially and enjoy customer conversations.
  • You can connect a product decision to a customer outcome and explain why a solution is worth adopting.
  • You’re curious about where technology is heading and practical about what to do with it.
  • You can distinguish a useful application of AI from an interesting demo.
  • Above all, you’re a generalist who enjoys taking responsibility across the product lifecycle.
  • You can organise delivery, but your contribution extends into deciding what to build, building it and helping customers get value from it.

Why apply for this role? You’ll have a direct influence on both the product and the way we develop it. You’ll work close to customers and engineering, with the opportunity to carry an idea from the first conversation through to a working customer experience. Interested? Tell us about something you’ve built: the customer problem, the decisions you made, what you personally designed or coded, and what happened when people used it.
