Senior Product Designer

Senior Product/UX Designer - Stavanger Join one of Norway's biggest design communities! My client works in small, multidisciplinary teams on new and complex problems for organisations that keep society moving, from strategy through to shipped product. You'll have the backing of a much larger network across Norway and Sweden. The role Work as a consultant on client engagements, leading the UX side from discovery and definition through to delivery. You'll sit alongside developers and other designers, and you'll be trusted to challenge and be challenged by clients. You have

• Substantial senior-level UX and Product Design experience, ideally in consulting or agency environments
• A portfolio showing strong research, problem framing and interaction design
• Confidence in client-facing work, workshops and stakeholder conversations
• Experience working closely with developers
• A collaborative, curious approach and pride in your craft

Nice to have

• Complex products or data-heavy domains
• Design systems experience
• Strategic advisory experience
