Senior Procurement Requirements Coordinator

About Us Senior Procurement Requirements Coordinator – Stockholm ALLPS is putting together a team of senior consultants for a framework agreement with a major Swedish consumer-facing company in a regulated industry, headquartered in Stockholm. The framework runs from February 2027 for two years, with options to extend up to four years. Assignments are ordered as needed and are mostly onsite or hybrid at the client's office in central Stockholm (Slussen) or in Visby; some assignments can be fully remote. Link the business and Purchasing in large public procurements (IT and other services). Not a buyer role. Key responsiblities

• Turn business needs into tender requirements (functional, service levels, governance, pricing models, exit terms)
• Review specifications for quality and LOU compliance
• Support evaluation models and contract drafting
• Lead multidisciplinary requirements meetings.

Required Skills And Experience

• Very extensive, broad procurement experience

• Extensive LOU experience
• Writing clear tender documents in Swedish and/or English
• Supplier contract drafting and follow-up.
