Senior PR Manager – Northern & Eastern Europe

Location: Copenhagen area Market Coverage: Northern & Eastern Europe Reporting to: Head of Northern & Eastern Europe Travel: 20–30%, including travel across Northern & Eastern European markets 【About the Role】 We are looking for a Senior PR Manager – Northern & Eastern Europe to lead PR and communications execution across the Northern & Eastern European markets, including but not limited to the Nordic countries, Poland, and the Czech Republic. Working closely with the Head of Northern & Eastern Europe and within the broader European PR strategy, you will be responsible for translating regional communications priorities into local PR activities, developing and maintaining relationships with local media, and supporting market entry and brand-building initiatives across the region. 【Key Responsibilities】 Regional PR Execution

• Develop and execute PR plans for Northern & Eastern European markets within the framework of the overall European PR strategy.
• Lead the execution of regional communications initiatives, including product launches, brand activities, media drive events, and other PR projects.
• Work closely with local distributor marketing and PR teams to support market-specific communications activities and initiatives.

Local Media Relations

• Build and maintain relationships with key automotive and technology media, as well as relevant KOLs, across Northern & Eastern European markets.
• Organize local media briefings, interviews, media drive events, and other media engagement activities.
• Manage the localization and distribution of regional press releases and other media communications materials.

Media & Public Sentiment Monitoring and Crisis Support

• Monitor the media and public sentiment landscape across Northern & Eastern European markets and promptly escalate relevant negative or potentially sensitive developments.
• Support the Head of Northern & Eastern Europe in implementing regional crisis communications plans and response mechanisms.
• Prepare regular regional media and public sentiment reports, including weekly and monthly updates.

Content Localization & Communications Materials

• Coordinate the localization and adaptation of PR materials, including press releases, media materials, FAQs, and other communications content.
• Support the development and review of regional social media content from a PR and communications perspective.

Qualifications 【Required Qualifications】

• 5-8 years of experience in automotive PR, communications, or brand communications, including 2–3 years of experience working with Northern & Eastern European or Nordic markets.
• Professional fluency in English. German, a Nordic language such as Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish, or Polish or Czech is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape and PR and communications environment across Northern & Eastern Europe.
• Demonstrated experience in automotive PR execution, with the ability to independently coordinate and deliver regional PR projects.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills, with a hands-on and effective approach to execution.

【Preferred Qualifications】

• Experience supporting PR and communications activities for Chinese brands entering Northern & Eastern European markets.
• Established relationships with automotive media or relevant KOLs across Northern & Eastern Europe.
• Experience in the new energy vehicle (NEV) industry.
• Familiarity with local advertising regulations and data protection requirements.
