Senior Partner Manager

Who You Are We’re looking for a Senior Partner Manager who knows how to win the confidence of new partners, build momentum across complex organisations, and develop partnerships that generate real pipeline and revenue. You’re persuasive without being pushy, credible with senior stakeholders, and comfortable challenging partners when progress isn’t matching the opportunity. You don’t wait for perfect conditions or a detailed playbook. You take ownership, bring the right people together, and make things happen, while building relationships with trust and integrity. What You’ll Do

• Identify, engage, and win new B2B partners, including larger organisations with multiple stakeholders and longer decision-making processes
• Own and grow relationships with integration, reseller, and solution partners
• Lead partners through the full lifecycle, from initial opportunity and commercial agreement to onboarding, enablement, activation, and revenue generation
• Develop joint business plans and create co-selling, referral, and go-to-market activities that generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
• Build strong relationships at both operational and senior levels, internally and within partner organisations
• Run regular business reviews, track progress, and hold both Oneflow and our partners accountable for agreed actions
• Reactivate promising partners and confidently deprioritise relationships that are not creating mutual value
• Work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and leadership to move partner opportunities forward
• Use data and commercial insights to measure performance, improve execution, and demonstrate the impact of the partner motion

Skills And Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience owning and developing B2B partnerships, complemented with a prior experience in sales, business development, or another commercial role
• End-to-end ownership of the partner lifecycle, from identifying and winning new partners to negotiating, onboarding, enabling, activating, and growing them
• Experience working with integration, technology, reseller, solution, referral, or channel partners, including navigating organisations with multiple stakeholders
• Clear evidence of generating measurable partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline, ARR, or revenue
• Strong commercial judgement: you can assess mutual value, prioritise opportunities, set clear expectations, and challenge underperformance constructively
• You have the ability to build trusted relationships while creating urgency, accountability, and momentum
• Confidence influencing cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and leadership
• Experience using modern AI-driven sales stack to manage partner activity, opportunities, and performance

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, contract technology, or another technology ecosystem
• Familiarity with partners in the Salesforce, HubSpot, CRM, ATS, or HR technology ecosystems
• Experience managing partnerships across several markets or regions
• Experience with partner management platforms or partner reporting tools
