Senior Paid Social & Search Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Paid Social & Search Specialist to join our Digital Performance team in Stockholm. You’ll lead digital campaigns for our clients, with a focus on paid social and the opportunity to work broadly across SEM and other performance channels. You’ll take ownership of your client work, from strategy and planning to campaign execution, optimisation and reporting. You’re confident advising clients, spotting opportunities and challenging the brief when you see a better way to reach their goals. Your day-to-day work may include:

• Developing digital media strategies, channel plans and relevant KPIs
• Advising clients on objectives, audiences, budgets and campaign setup
• Planning, launching and optimising campaigns across paid social and search
• Leading paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Working with SEM across Google Ads and, where relevant, Microsoft Ads
• Analysing results and turning them into clear insights and recommendations
• Managing budgets, timelines and delivery across your client projects
• Leading campaign concepts and coordinating creative development
• Quality-assuring campaign setups, ads and client deliverables
• Identifying opportunities to improve results and grow client accounts
• Supporting new business pitches and proposals
• Sharing your knowledge and supporting the development of junior colleagues
• Keeping up with changes across platforms, formats and performance marketing
