Senior or Principal Consultant

(Role #1) Oslo office | Market access, HEOR, pricing and reimbursement We are strengthening our Oslo team and are looking for a Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant to join our Value & Access practice. Who is Signum? Signum is a specialised Nordic life science consultancy working across data, strategy and healthcare value. We combine expertise within market access, RWE, market insights and commercial strategy across Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Our Oslo team is growing, creating an opportunity for broad responsibility, early client exposure and real influence on how our Norwegian consulting business develops. The Opportunity You will work with pharmaceutical and biotech clients in Norway and across the Nordics on topics such as:

• Market access and reimbursement strategy
• Nye Metoder and HTA submissions
• HEOR and health economic modelling
• Pricing and negotiation strategy
• Value propositions and value narratives
• Evidence gap assessments and RWE strategy
• Nordic access and launch planning
• You will scope and lead projects, manage client dialogue and translate clinical and economic evidence into clear access strategies.

At Principal level, you will also take greater responsibility for senior client relationships, business development and shaping our Value & Access offering in Norway. We are looking for

• Experience within market access, HEOR, pricing, reimbursement or HTA
• Strong understanding of the Norwegian healthcare and access environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Confidence working with clients and healthcare stakeholders
• Fluency in Norwegian and a base in Oslo

For Principal level, we expect approximately five or more years of relevant experience and a strong Norwegian network. _________ (Role #2) Oslo office | Strategy, market insights and commercial transformation We are strengthening our Oslo team and are looking for a Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant to join our Strategy & Transformation practice. Our Oslo team is growing, creating an opportunity for broad responsibility, early client exposure and real influence on how our Norwegian consulting business develops. The Opportunity You will work with pharmaceutical and biotech clients in Norway and across the Nordics on topics such as:

• Market, portfolio and commercial strategy
• Launch strategy and launch excellence
• Market and stakeholder insights
• Patient and customer journeys
• Operating models and organisational transformation
• Nordic market entry and expansion
• You will scope and lead projects, manage client dialogue and translate complex challenges into clear recommendations and executable plans.

At Principal level, you will also take greater responsibility for senior client relationships, business development and shaping our Strategy & Transformation offering in Norway. We are looking for

• Consulting, strategy or commercial experience within life science
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of the Norwegian pharma and healthcare environment
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Fluency in Norwegian and a base in Oslo
