Senior Network and Infrastructure Engineer

Senior Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer Work Location: Denmark Employment Type: Full-Time Work Arrangement: In Person / Hybrid Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Denmark. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of enterprise IT infrastructure projects, from customer requirements gathering and solution design to cost estimation, proposal preparation, implementation, testing, documentation, customer training, and final project handover. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent project coordination skills, customer-facing capabilities, and the ability to work effectively with vendors, distributors, suppliers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network, server, wireless, virtualization, cloud, and data center infrastructure.
• Conduct customer meetings, site surveys, infrastructure assessments, and technical consultations.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Prepare solution designs, Bills of Materials (BOMs), technical proposals, and project documentation.
• Perform project estimation, costing, and bidding for enterprise infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with distributors, vendors, suppliers, and resellers to obtain competitive pricing, product availability, and lead times.
• Prepare commercial quotations and assist with tender and bid submissions.
• Plan and execute infrastructure projects from initiation through completion.
• Install, configure, migrate, and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Configure and support enterprise networking, routing, switching, wireless, VPN, network security, Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, and backup solutions.
• Work with VoIP telephony solutions.
• Perform testing, validation, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain project documentation, network diagrams, implementation reports, and as-built documentation.
• Ensure project delivery meets agreed scope, quality standards, timelines, and SLA commitments.
• Conduct customer acceptance testing (UAT), final project handover, and administrator training.
• Provide post-implementation support and coordinate issue resolution during warranty or support periods.
• Work closely with sales, procurement, technical, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Experience managing projects from pre-sales through implementation and customer handover.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure best practices.
• Experience working in multi-vendor enterprise environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
