What you’ll do

• Design, build and maintain scalable backend solutions in C# and .NET
• Integrate AI capabilities into real products, including LLMs, Claude code and automation
• Work closely with clients to turn business problems into practical technical solutions
• Architect cloud-native applications and APIs, mainly on Azure
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code and contribute to a strong engineering culture
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge across the team
• Take part in technical decisions, from architecture to tooling

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of professional experience with C# and .NET
• Hands-on experience with AI, such as Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, RAG solutions, vector databases or ML integration
• Solid experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, etc.)
• Good knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, SQL databases and CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and Infrastructure
• Strong communication skills and a consultant’s mindset: you take ownership and enjoy working with people
• Location: Oslo, Norway
• Fluent in Norwegian
