• Design and develop next-generation mechanical systems.
• Build and evaluate prototypes in the lab and workshop.
• Optimize products for performance, manufacturability and reliability.
• Work closely with Test, Automation and Product teams.
• Support industrialization and supplier development.

What You'll Bring Must Have

• 5+ years in mechanical product development.
• Strong CAD experience.
• Hands-on engineering mindset.
• Experience taking products into serial production.

Nice to Have

• HVAC or airflow products.
• Centrifugal or rotating machinery.
• MATLAB, FEA or CFD.
