About the role As our Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships, you'll shape partnership strategy, guide portfolio decisions, and steward some of the most important external relationships, including the LEGO Foundation partnership. You'll oversee a global portfolio of NGO partnerships, coalition memberships, alliances, and foundation relationships while leading a small team and working closely with senior leaders to strengthen impact, influence, and effectiveness across the portfolio. What success looks like Over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll strengthen partnership governance, refine portfolio choices, and identify new opportunities for collaboration, learning, and influence.
