Senior Manager, Global Commercial Finance - Interim

We are seeking an exceptional commercial finance leader to join Global Commercial Finance for a 12-14 month maternity cover. This highly visible role will partner senior business leaders and bring financial insight, commercial judgement and constructive challenge to some of Pandora's most important strategic priorities. The portfolio may evolve as the team develops. We are therefore looking for a versatile, impact-oriented leader who can quickly understand new areas, create structure and build trusted partnerships in a complex global organisation. Purpose of the role Act as a trusted finance partner to senior commercial leaders, translating strategy and performance into clear choices, executable plans, measurable value and actionable insights. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, supporting selected global priorities while helping Global Commercial Finance become more proactive, insight-led and commercially focused. Key accountabilities Strategic and commercial business partnering

• Build trusted partnerships with SVP-level stakeholders and their leadership teams.
• Bring independent financial advice and constructive challenge to strategic and commercial decisions.
• Connect commercial, operational and financial perspectives to clarify value drivers, risks and trade-offs.
• Translate complex issues into concise, decision-ready recommendations for senior leaders.

Planning, performance and decision support

• Support long-range planning, budgeting and forecasting across the assigned portfolio.
• Develop and evaluate business cases, challenging assumptions, dependencies, execution risk and value potential.
• Identify emerging opportunities and performance risks, and partner the business to define corrective action.
• Deliver relevant, actionable insight that links strategic ambition, operational execution and financial outcomes.

Leadership and team contribution

• Lead, prioritise and develop a small team with a focus on feedback and development
• Set high standards for analytical quality, ownership and delivery while creating an inclusive, supportive environment.
• Contribute to the broader Global Commercial Finance agenda and strengthen collaboration across Finance.

Experience and qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial finance, strategic finance, financial planning, business partnering or a comparable role.
• Strong track record of advising and influencing senior leaders in a complex, international or matrix organisation.
• Experience assessing opportunities across commercial, operational and financial dimensions, including strategic initiatives, plans or business cases.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert complexity into executive-level insight.
• Experience leading, coaching or developing finance professionals.
• Sound understanding of financial controls, accounting principles and data integrity.
• Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or a comparable discipline; a professional qualification or relevant postgraduate degree is required.
• Fluent written and spoken English. Experience in retail, consumer goods, fashion or another consumer-facing industry is beneficial, but not essential.
