Senior Manager - Enterprise Online Team

Description: We are looking for a Temporary Senior Manager to join Digital Customer Offering (DCO) from now until the end of February 2027 to lead our Enterprise Online team. Enterprise Online is responsible for Consumer Solution’s logged-in digital experience for enterprise customers. In this role, you will own the roadmap for the area, ensuring continuous value creation for customers and balancing business needs, customer experience, operational excellence and long-term development. The role combines portfolio management, service ownership and people leadership, requiring close collaboration with stakeholders across business and technology. Key responsibilities Lead and develop the Enterprise Online portfolio and roadmap. Drive business value creation through prioritization, planning and execution. Translate business needs into digital solutions and ensure alignment between business and technology. Ensure service performance, security, compliance, availability and cost efficiency. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architecture, vendors and other service areas. Lead and support a cross-functional team of digital professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement. Contribute to the Digital Offering leadership agenda by driving innovation, customer-centricity and operational excellence. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you have strong leadership capabilities combined with solid experience in digital services, application management and stakeholder engagement. You are comfortable operating in a complex business and technology environment and have a proven ability to drive results by creating structure, enabling collaboration and setting clear priorities.
