Senior Manager Agentic Commerce Advisory & Growth to our team in Stockholm

AI agents are starting to reshape how customers discover, compare and buy. We help commerce leaders cut through the hype, make clear decisions and turn the right opportunities into commercial impact. We're looking for a Senior Manager to accelerate our agentic commerce advisory business. You'll advise senior leaders, shape and sell advisory engagements with account leadership, and turn successful engagements into lasting client relationships, expanded advisory work and relevant transformation programmes across the Netherlands and Nordics. What you'll do

• Advise C-level commerce and digital leaders on how AI agents may reshape customer journeys and business models. Challenge assumptions, explain trade-offs and turn uncertainty into clear strategic priorities.
• Shape agentic commerce strategies, prioritise high-value opportunities and translate them into business cases, operating models and actionable transformation roadmaps.
• Ground your advice in commerce technology: work with architects and engineers to assess feasibility, data readiness and dependencies without owning solution design.
• Own the origination, shaping and sale of advisory engagements, sharing sales accountability with account leadership. Work with technology alliance partners to expand successful advisory work into follow-on engagements and relevant transformation programmes.
• Lead advisory engagements from strategy into execution, staying accountable for quality, client satisfaction and measurable business outcomes while technology and delivery teams lead implementation.
• Build and evolve our agentic commerce advisory offering, develop a public point of view and coach the consultants around you.

What you bring

• 10+ years of digital commerce experience, including at least 5 years in client-facing advisory roles at a consultancy and/or agency, advising senior leaders on commerce strategy and transformation.
• A proven track record in advisory-led business development: identifying opportunities, shaping and closing services engagements, then growing client relationships through successful delivery.
• Experience structuring ambiguous C-level challenges into clear choices, recommendations, business cases and actionable transformation roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of commerce technology, from product data and discovery to checkout, and how it connects to the broader martech landscape, including content management, marketing automation, CRM, customer data and personalisation.
• Credibility with business and technology teams: you can challenge technical assumptions and align specialists, while your focus remains strategic client advice.
• A well-grounded point of view on agentic commerce, with the ability to assess emerging AI use cases for commercial value, technical feasibility, data readiness and risk.
• Fluent English. Dutch or a Nordic language is a strong plus.
