Senior Low Code Developer – Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot Studio

About The Role The business is running several initiatives in digitalization, automation and AI, where Microsoft Power Platform is a central platform. To strengthen development capacity and enable rapid development of business related solutions, we are looking for a consultant with experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio. You will work with the business to identify, develop and implement digital solutions that streamline working methods and strengthen the use of automation and AI. The role involves close collaboration with business representatives, product owners and IT to translate business needs into user friendly and sustainable solutions. Your Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and implement digital solutions together with the business
• Build and configure solutions in Power Apps and Power Automate
• Develop or configure solutions in Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint Online and Teams
• Conduct requirements analysis, development, testing and deployment independently
• Document solutions and carry out knowledge transfer

Who you are You are self driven, communicative and have a good ability to collaborate with both business and IT. You are comfortable challenging existing working methods and contributing best practice in digitalization, automation and AI based solutions. Requirements

• At least three years of documented experience in development within Microsoft Power Platform
• Practical experience with Power Apps
• Practical experience with Power Automate
• Experience in development or configuration in Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint Online and Teams
• Experience conducting requirements analysis, development, testing and deployment independently
• Experience in business related development projects
• Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Ability to document solutions and carry out knowledge transfer

Meritorious

• At least five years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience with generative AI solutions and Copilot technology
• Experience with Power Platform Governance
• Experience with Power BI and Qlik Sense
• Experience with Power Automate Desktop or other RPA solutions
• Experience in energy, infrastructure or socially critical operations
• Experience working in larger organizations with high demands on information security and data protection
• Experience leading workshops and translating business needs into solution proposals

About you We are looking for a senior consultant with 8 to 12 years of experience in the role or equivalent.
