Senior Legal Counsel – Wind Energy

The Company A renewable energy business is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support the development and delivery of wind projects. The role offers close involvement in major commercial decisions and direct responsibility for complex project agreements. The Role & Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate turbine supply, installation and service agreements.
• Advise on procurement strategy, contract risk and supplier negotiations.
• Work with commercial, procurement and project teams from tender through contract award and execution.
• Advise on warranties, liability, security, variations and claims.
• Support the resolution of contractual issues during construction and operations.

The Person

• A qualified lawyer with substantial experience in wind energy or major infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating complex supply or construction contracts.
• Commercially minded and confident working directly with suppliers and project teams.
• Familiarity with turbine agreements, EPC contracts or FIDIC would be valuable.
• Strong English; Swedish would be advantageous
