What you'll do
On behalf of a client in the life sciences industry, we are looking for a Senior IT Procurement / Sourcing Manager to support sourcing and negotiation activities for large IT and software agreements. Main Responsibilities
- Lead RFP processes for IT and software-related purchases
- Conduct direct negotiations with suppliers
- Manage sourcing activities for Software and SaaS solutions
- Support contracting and commercial discussions
- Handle large IT sourcing projects independently
- Coordinate sourcing activities across relevant stakeholders
Key Requirements
- Strong experience with IT sourcing and procurement
- Proven experience leading RFP processes
- Strong negotiation experience with IT suppliers
- Experience with contracting and related legal/commercial topics
- Experience managing large IT sourcing projects
- Experience sourcing Software and/or SaaS solutions
- Project management experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP or ServiceNow
- Previous experience with sourcing processes in large life sciences organisations
