- Develop evaluation criteria, commercial models, and scoring frameworks to facilitate structured and transparent supplier evaluations.
- Coordinate supplier shortlisting, clarification meetings, commercial negotiations, and sourcing recommendations.
- Support contract finalisation, supplier onboarding, mobilisation, and handover.
- Maintain a consolidated overview of supplier selection progress, timelines, commercial assumptions, risks, and key decisions.
- Provide procurement input for reporting, budget discussions, and Steering Committee decision materials.

- Strong analytical and structuring skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to transparent, well-documented procurement decisions.
- A pragmatic, delivery-oriented approach, balancing procurement quality, governance, and compliance with programme deadlines.
- The ability to prioritise activities, manage dependencies, and maintain momentum in a changing environment with multiple stakeholders.
- A self-driven and collaborative working style, with the ability to work independently and contribute effectively to a multidisciplinary programme team.
- High integrity and sound judgement when handling commercially sensitive and confidential information.
