Senior IT/OT Infrastructure Specialist - DeltaV & Syncade Do you have strong experience with Emerson DeltaV and Syncade, and are you interested in the infrastructure and integrations that keep production systems running? Job-Link continuously looks for experienced IT/OT specialists for pharmaceutical projects in Denmark. This is not a specific open vacancy. We are building our network of specialists for current and future consultant assignments. The profile We are looking for a senior specialist with strong hands-on knowledge of both Emerson DeltaV and Emerson Syncade. You should have experience across several DeltaV generations and be comfortable working in environments covering DeltaV versions 11–16 and Syncade version 6. What makes this profile different from a traditional automation role is the focus on the wider IT/OT environment. You understand not only DeltaV and Syncade themselves, but also how they connect with virtual servers, networks, controllers, databases, backup solutions and surrounding production systems. You are interested in questions such as: How are the different systems connected? Which components depend on each other? How does data move between systems? What happens elsewhere in the environment when something is changed? Experience with Hyper-V, industrial networks, OPC, SQL, backup/recovery and system integrations is therefore also highly relevant. You may also have experience supporting standalone equipment, system upgrades or troubleshooting across the boundary between automation and IT. Experience from pharmaceutical or another GMP/GxP-regulated production environment is required. You should understand that changes to production systems need to be handled differently from traditional enterprise IT. About you You are technically curious and comfortable looking beyond your own area of expertise. You communicate clearly with Automation, IT and Production, ask questions when needed and are interested in understanding how the systems are actually used in production. You work in a structured way and remain calm when priorities or technical situations change quickly. Interested?
