What you'll do

InPost Pay is building its own fintech platform from the ground up. It’s a large-scale, international initiative where engineers will have the opportunity to shape the architecture, build core fintech components, and create solutions designed to operate at InPost’s scale. We’re building a lean, highly effective engineering organization in Poland, with AI-native engineering at its core. We’re looking for strong engineers who are comfortable with agentic engineering, from experienced professionals building complex systems and engineering tooling to a new generation of engineers who have embraced AI-driven development from the start of their careers. → Hybrid working model: preferably 1 day per week in the Warsaw or Cracow office. We are looking for an experienced iOS Engineer to join our FinTech Platform team. You will take end-to-end ownership of the native iOS platform, including architecture, quality, performance, and the delivery of consumer and merchant-facing solutions. You will help maintain a zero-regression production environment and contribute to both the technical health of the platform and the business outcomes of the products you build What You Will Do

  • Co-own the team backlog with Engineering and Product Managers, bringing iOS constraints and native solution proposals into requirement shaping.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers on API contracts, authentication flows, and event schemas.
  • Participate in production incident support and post-mortem activities when required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in native iOS engineering, including production applications published through the App Store.
  • At least 4 years of experience working with Swift and SwiftUI and/or UIKit.
