Senior Information Technology Project Manager

Senior Microsoft 365 Tenant Migration & Functional Project Lead – Industrial Sector We are looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Tenant Migration & Functional Project Lead to take a leading role in the delivery of a complex tenant migration for a company in the industrial sector. The role focuses on moving Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power BI and CRM workloads into a new Microsoft environment, while safeguarding security, licensing and integrations across the platform. You will drive and coordinate the migration workstreams end to end, provide architecture guidance in line with Microsoft best practices and enterprise standards, and work closely with the Business Central Solution Owner and other business and IT stakeholders. Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Microsoft 365 tenant migration, with focus on Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power BI and CRM
• Assess and manage technical dependencies across the Microsoft platform
• Carry out security assessment and support, including access rights, roles and integration impacts
• Evaluate licensing and plan license migration
• Provide architecture leadership to ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices and enterprise standards
• Coordinate change impact, governance, responsibilities and decision authority (DOA)
• Manage project delivery, risks, issues and dependencies

Requirements (must have)

• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 tenant migrations in complex enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central and the Power Platform
• Experience with enterprise architecture, solution design and Microsoft best practices
• Strong understanding of Microsoft security, identity management, access control and governance
• Proven experience managing integrations and technical dependencies across the Microsoft ecosystem
• Ability to lead end-to-end delivery of migration and transformation initiatives
• Solid project management experience in large-scale business and IT transformation projects
• Experience identifying, managing and mitigating project risks, issues and dependencies
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
• Excellent English communication and facilitation skills, engaging both technical and business stakeholders
