Assignment Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Automation Engineer What You Will Work On Develop, optimize, and support industrial automation systems Participate in verification, testing, commissioning, and production start-up activities Support production ramp-up and operational readiness Troubleshoot complex automation and control system issues Perform structured root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Coordinate technical activities between production, engineering, suppliers, and project teams Support automated manufacturing, assembly, and logistics systems Improve machine interfaces and industrial control solutions Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase reliability and efficiency Participate in industrial investment and automation development projects Support automation standards, best practices, and engineering documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across manufacturing and engineering Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within automation Ensure automation solutions meet quality, safety, and operational requirements

What You Bring Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial automation engineering Strong experience in automated manufacturing, assembly, or logistics environments Deep understanding of industrial automation systems and machine interfaces Experience with industrial control systems Experience with FAT, SAT, commissioning, start-up, and production ramp-up Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Experience coordinating technical interfaces between production, engineering, suppliers, and stakeholders Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Fluent English, both written and spoken Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach Ability to work independently while supporting multidisciplinary teams
