Senior Fullstack Developer (Java) to Lindex

About The Role As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you'll be part of a domain-oriented development team responsible for business-critical solutions within Lindex's retail and commerce landscape. You'll work end-to-end with the development, maintenance, operations and continuous improvement of modern applications and services. Together with your team, you'll build and operate reliable solutions that support everyday operations across stores, commerce platforms and customer-facing services. Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Developing, maintaining and operating modern fullstack applications and services, with a primary focus on Java backend development
• Taking technical ownership and driving development initiatives
• Contributing to architecture and solution design
• Building scalable and maintainable systems
• Collaborating closely with developers, architects and business stakeholders
• Mentoring and supporting fellow developers
• Driving quality through code reviews, testing and continuous improvements
• Working with modern DevOps workflows and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot

YOUR PROFILE You are passionate about software development and enjoy solving complex technical challenges. You're motivated by creating solutions that have a real impact on the business and the customer experience. You combine strong technical skills with a collaborative mindset and understand the importance of teamwork, communication and continuous improvement. We Believe That You Have

• Several years of experience working as a System Developer
• Strong experience in backend development using Java
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure
• Experience working with containers and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (k8s/k3s)
• Experience with JavaScript, preferably with React, for frontend development
• Experience with modern deployment practices, including CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of monitoring and operations using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Strong communication skills in English

It is considered a plus if you have experience with:

• Retail, store technology or commerce environments
• Proficiency in Swedish, both written and verbal.
