Senior Flutter Engineer (Lead)

Own the app behind the largest Tenant Experience Platform in the Nordics Avy is building the AI operating system for the property industry. The Avy Agent OS runs AI agents that do real operational work for the Nordics' largest property companies. They follow procedures, use tools and resolve cases from start to finish. Our first agent, Davy, handles customer support. At one customer, inbound email fell 70%, phone calls 50% and case volume 33%. We're looking for a Senior/Lead Flutter Engineer to own the app where tenants meet all of this, and to set the standard for how we build in Flutter. The Avy app The Avy app is one Flutter codebase for iOS, Android and web, used in more than 500,000 households. It's where tenants handle payments, smart-lock access and fault reports, and where they talk to Davy. As we launch more agents and add voice, the app is how tenants will use them. What you'll do

• Own the architecture of our Flutter codebase: state management, modularisation and testing strategy.
• Write code yourself every day. You'll write and ship features, not only review PRs.
• Own releases end to end: app store releases, crash triage and performance.
• Set the standards for code review, CI/CD and releases.
• Work with our Go engineers, the AI Platform team, Product and Design, including on how tenants use our agents in the app.
• Mentor and grow the other Flutter engineers in the company.

What you bring

• Several years shipping and maintaining production Flutter apps and web
• Architectural judgement: you've seen a Flutter codebase go wrong and know why
• Working knowledge of native platform behaviour for the cases Flutter doesn't cover
• The ability to set technical direction and get others behind it
• You use AI tools across the whole development lifecycle, and you have opinions about them
• Clear communication with engineers, product and business stakeholders
• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• The right to work in Sweden

Nice to have: a native iOS or Android background (especially a native-to-Flutter migration), experience as the first senior hire in a discipline, or Swedish. Our users and customers are Swedish, but we work in English internally. Why Avy
