Senior Flutter Engineer

• Own the architecture of our Flutter codebase - state management, modularisation, testing strategy
• Deliver code daily
• Set standards for code review, CI/CD and releases
• Work directly with backend engineers (Go) and product
• Mentor and collaborate with other Flutter engineers in the company

What we need

• Several years shipping and maintaining production Flutter apps and web
• AI-first approach to the SDLC
• Architectural judgement — you've seen a Flutter codebase go wrong and know why
• End-to-end ownership: store releases, crash triage, performance
• Ability to set technical direction
• Working knowledge of native platform behaviour for the cases Flutter doesn't cover

Useful, not required

• Native iOS or Android background, especially a native-to-Flutter migration
• Experience as the first senior hire in a discipline
• Swedish — our users and customers are Swedish. Internal working language is English
