As our new Senior Finance Business Partner, Commercial Performance Europe , you will be part of the Group Finance organization and play an important role in driving commercial performance across Europe. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Operations, and Finance leaders to translate commercial strategy into measurable financial outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to influence strategic decisions, support the delivery of our Focus2030 ambitions, and strengthen value creation across multiple European markets. What your day will look like In this role, you will typically focus on:

• Leading the financial performance management of the European business, creating a clear and consolidated view of commercial results and key value drivers.
• Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Category leadership to support planning, forecasting, pricing, portfolio optimization, and commercial investment decisions.
• Analyzing profitability, pricing, product mix, and commercial performance to identify opportunities that drive sustainable growth and margin improvement.
• Developing and maintaining KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and reporting insights that support data-driven decision-making across markets.
• Supporting strategic initiatives and commercial transformation projects by providing financial analysis, business cases, and actionable recommendations.
• Building strong partnerships across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, Strategy, and Data & Analytics functions while supporting collaboration across European Finance teams.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline, combined with significant Finance Business Partnering and leadership experience in a complex international environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset, with the ability to identify value creation opportunities and collaborate effectively across the full value chain.
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills, including experience supporting pricing, profitability analysis, scenario planning, and business case development.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience partnering with senior leaders in an international matrix organization.
• Ability to connect strategy, execution, and financial outcomes and communicate insights through clear and compelling storytelling.
• Experience from FMCG or consumer goods industries and knowledge of SAP, Jedox, Power BI, or AI-enabled tools will be considered an advantage.

For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 713250 DKK to 1188750 DKK corresponding to the level of the position, expected experience and responsibilities.
